Annie Kelly

Annie Kelly is an award-winning human rights journalist for The Guardian and is currently a presenter on The Guardian's flagship daily news podcast, Today in Focus. Prior to joining the podcast, she was the editor of the Rights and Freedom project, the Guardian's first dedicated global human rights reporting series, covering stories such as the decimation of women's rights under the Taliban, attacks on press freedom and state repression in Myanmar. She has also run investigative reporting series on human trafficking and modern slavery and labour abuses in global supply chains.
