Beth Brewster

I am an associate professor in journalism and Head of the Department of Journalism, Publishing and Media. I am a magazine journalism specialist and a pioneer of work-based learning and reflective practice in journalism. I teach magazine and fashion journalism, work-based learning and careers. Before turning to university teaching I was a feature writer and editor, working at the Observer, Daily Telegraph, the Sunday Times and the Sunday Mirror as well as for publications in the arts and heritage world.
