Eleanor Mills is the Founder and Editor in Chief of Noon.org.uk a platform for women in midlife, home of the Queenager. An award-winning editor with 25 years of experience as a top executive in UK media, Mills campaigns to challenge gendered ageism and to change the conversation about the later stages of women's lives to one which is more positive, optimistic and fit for purpose. She was Chair of Women in Journalism 2014-2021 and Editorial Director of The Sunday Times and Editor of The Sunday Times Magazine.
