Andy’s action shot from the Paris Olympics of the women’s duo synchro swimming shines a light on an otherwise minor sport, synchro diving is rarely seen outside of the Olympics. It's a very hard sport to photograph with one of the highest technical requirements for any photographer to capture. The photographer has to anticipate where the athlete will jump and there is only truly a fraction of a second to work with. (10th August 2024)

Keely Hodgkinson wins gold in the 800m final at the Paris Olympics. This was one of the biggest stories of the Olympics and this image is "the picture” of her win. A 600mm lens was used to capture the relief on Keely’s face as she crosses the line first. (5th August 2024)

An atmospheric image of Cambridge rowers practising at dawn on a cold river Ouse near Cambridge. The rowers are out before sun up most days in the winter in preparation for the Oxford V Cambridge Boat Race. Andy used a drone to capture this image of the icy fens with the rowers below. This picture was months in the planing as the weather was so variable at the start of 2024. (18 January 2024)
