Sabrina Miller

Daily Mail and Mail on Sunday

Sabrina Miller has produced agenda-setting investigations on a variety of subjects, since joining The Mail on its graduate scheme.

Her portfolio includes an exclusive undercover investigation into extremist animal rights group Animal Rising.

Posing as a member of the group, she exposed a plot by over 100 vegan activists to sabotage the world-famous Grand National horse race.

Over several months - using an alias - Sabrina gained the trust of Animal Rising’s senior members, until she was eventually invited to attend one of the group’s private training sessions.

Bravely, she secretly recorded their 8-hour training session and, in an extensive expose, published details of their plot to illegally disrupt the Grand National.

Taking a multimedia approach to her reporting, Sabrina also produced a unique, ten-minute documentary style video to accompany her impressive splash.

Credited with saving the Grand National, Sabrina’s reporting is a textbook example of a reporter using subterfuge in the public interest.

Thanks to her intelligence, police arrested 118 Animal Rising protesters who attempted to break onto Aintree’s racecourse.

Sabrina’s investigation was widely praised around the country including by Merseyside police, world-famous jockeys and senior politicians.

Since then, Sabrina has delivered a string of stand-out scoops, regarding the activities of radical eco-protest groups Just Stop Oil and Animal Rising. This included exposing a plot by Just Stop Oil to infiltrate University freshers’ week and encourage 500+ students to get arrested in illegal slow-march protests.

As well as revealing Animal Rising’s secret plans to disrupt the ‘unpoliceable’ Epsom Derby and protest the King’s coronation. Sabrina has outpaced all her competitors in her coverage of these direct action eco-protest groups.

Using a number of well-placed contacts, Sabrina also revealed that China had been accused of sending a ‘spy’ to gatecrash and monitor a private, invite-only event, inside the high-security Palace of Westminster. This event was organised days after eight pro-democracy Hong Kongers had a £100,000 arrest bounty placed on their heads by Beijing controlled Hong-Kong police.

Her report sent shockwaves through parliament, prompting the House of Commons to launch an investigation into how this was allowed to happen. Since war broke out in Israel/Palestine, Sabrina has worked tirelessly to give a voice to the victims of the massacres in Israel and expose Antisemitism and Islamophobia in Britain.

Despite being personally impacted by the war, she has sensitively interviewed survivors of the terror attacks and the relatives of hostages.

Within hours of the music festival massacre, Sabrina managed to identify and contact the relatives of Noa Argamani - a reveller who had been kidnapped by Hamas - using a single picture that was being circulated on Israeli telegram channels. Sabrina regularly goes above and beyond in her hunt for truth.

Aged just 23, Sabrina has already broken an enormous number of high-impact exclusives and launched - with ease - a series of complicated investigations.

It will be exciting to see what else she is able to achieve in her career.
